Export Management

I prepare your business for the export of your product or service, make your export into new markets happen, structure your existing export policy, strengthen your export department and advice or manage the export department. I have a wide experience exporting agriculture related products like: feed, cut-flowers and spare parts. I do speak the necessary languages: Dutch (native), English, German and Spanish. I am familiar with local habits and customs in North -, Central – and South America and Spain.

Operational Management

You can hire me as an operational manager for a short or longer period to set up a department, solve a problem within a team, projects and for additional management capacity. I am a down to earth manager, in this way I quickly and efficiently respond to any situation on the work floor. I was manager on a large scale farm in the U.S.A and Poland. Being a sales manager I have set up a sales department. Managing a warehouse and make it more efficient that’s what I did as a warehouse manager.
