• Orientation phase, during this period we are getting into your company in great detail, your market, colleagues, product and customers, etc., etc.
• Research: we thoroughly go through the findings out of the orientation phase
• Plan of action: with the results out of our research we set up a plan of action. Before starting to work on the final assignment we will discuss it with you for your approval.
• Actual accomplishment of the assignment, we work in a pragmatic manner to accomplish the task, in close contact with you. When necessary we travel for you abroad to set up the project or finishing the already existing activities for you.
•  After-care
• After finishing the assignment we keep in contact. Together with you we will have a close look at the assignment if everything worked out in an orderly way as expected.

Our way of working:
We keep in close contact with all involved during the entire project.  We meet frequently with you to discusses the progress of the assignment. If needed, we will adjust the assignment toward the progressive insight we obtained during the assignment. Reports are made up short and to the point.
